Prescott Trails Challenge

The purpose of the Prescott Trails Challenge is to generate awareness of the trail systems in and around Prescott, to support and to protect the trails. All funds are donated directly to the Prescott Mountain Bike Alliance (PMBA), a 501(c)(3) federal income tax exempt organization whose mission is “to preserve, protect and promote mountain biking, trail access and diverse riding opportunities on Prescott area public lands through community education, advocacy, tourism and unified action.” 

As a user of the Prescott Trails Challenge website, any of your data that is obtained is used to further this mission and these purposes. This Privacy Policy explains the data that is collected, how it is collected, where it is stored, and with whom it may be shared. By accessing this website and by participating in any event or challenge, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

A participant’s data is collected using the forms on the Prescott Trails Challenge website. The data is collected when a user clicks the “Submit” button on the form. Any data collected by these forms is saved on a Google Drive server, secured using Google’s security protocols. 

The server for the Prescott Trails Challenge website automatically collects information about your device’s connection to the internet, which information is used to deliver the web pages to you and to measure traffic.

Payment of donations are all made through www.GiveButter.com. No payment related information is ever received or collected by the Prescott Trails Challenge at all. 

The Prescott Trails Challenge may share your name and email address with PMBA. By participating in any event or challenge, you agree that the Prescott Trails Challenge and PMBA may communicate with you through the contact information you provide on the submittal forms. 

Your data may be used to generate a participation survey so that the Prescott Trails Challenge may evaluate ways to improve its operations and promotions of events. Your data may also be shared with www.Squarespace.com for promotion and marketing for the Prescott Trails Challenge.
